An Independent Newspaper

Our Purpose

Phoenix Advocacy Network (PAN) is an independent newspaper and media channel created to amplify the voices of retaliation survivors, whistleblowers, and truth-tellers who have been silenced by mainstream outlets.

When traditional platforms turn a blind eye, we rise.

Here you’ll find:

  • The Phoenix Report – short news briefs on retaliation and workplace injustice.

  • Survivor Interviews – real stories from people fighting back.

  • Legal/Educational Insights – plain-language explainers on ADA, ERISA, whistleblower protections, and more.

  • Creative Satire – because sometimes the only way to survive is to laugh while telling the truth.

Our Mission

Giving Power to the Silenced

The Phoenix Advocacy Network exists to shine a light on stories of retaliation and injustice that mainstream media often ignores. We are a survivor-driven, independent newspaper and media channel dedicated to truth, accountability, and resilience.

We believe:

• Truth should never be silenced.

• Survivors deserve to be heard.

• Information is power.

Why PAN?

Our Work

Empowering Through Engagement

• Reporting on retaliation cases and workplace injustice.

• Publishing weekly newsletters and video reports.

• Interviewing survivors, advocates, and legal experts.

• Providing educational resources to empower pro se litigants and whistleblowers.
